THE BIG THREE TOUR!

Day #1 – Skywalk @ Grand Canyon West
Day #2 – Grand Canyon National Park
Day #3 – Antelope Canyon/Horseshoe Bend

DEPARTING: Phoenix/Sedona and surround areas (Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Chandler, Paradise Valley, Glendale, Queen Creek)

NOTE:  We pick you up where you’re staying.

IMPORTANT: Our tours are 100% private.  Just your family/group.  We’ll take that extra time and see more sights; maximizing your adventure.

Skywalk - Grand Canyon West

+ Kingman, AZ

Next slide
Yes, a bit of a drive, but we take our time and stop to stretch often. It's not a race, and your comfort is our #1 priority.

Skywalk @ Grand Canyon West is about 6.5 hours from the Phoenix Valley (about 4.5 hours from Sedona).

Our #1 Question?  Easy; Is it worth the drive?

It really comes down to one, important question.  Are you looking to see as “much” of the Grand Canyon as you can, or simply see the Grand Canyon?

If you’re looking to simply get a good look at the Canyon, one of our one-day tours is perfect.  Or if you’re thinking just the National Park and Antelope Canyon, we have GREAT 2-Day tours.

However, If you’re looking to maximize your time at the Canyon and see it from multiple perspectives, then our 3-Day tour is ideal.

Who typically opts for this tour?  Overwhelmingly Guests from overseas.  While we do have Guests from the USA; over 90% of those making this choice are from out of Country.  Many have a sense of urgency, and know returning later is not a foreseeable option.  They want to see as much as they can, before returning home.

What’s it like standing on the Skywalk, and are there other things to see?

The Skywalk is a one of a kind adventure.  We’ve had many Guests state that they’ve been on glass platforms high above the ground, but we’ve never had a Guest state that it was ANYTHING like the Skywalk.

There are also attractions to soak in.  Multiple overlooks as well as the brand new “zipline adventure”.  While the zipline is extra, over 80% of our Guests can’t say no..lol

DAY #1
– We will pick you up at your Hotel/Resort @ 7AM and travel to the Skywalk @ Grand Canyon West, arriving at about 1PM.  After spending about 3 to 4 hours at the Skywalk and various overlooks, you’ll spend the night and have dinner in Kingman, AZ.

Day #1 is one of the longer drive days of the 3 day tour.  We will stop when you need to stop and know all the best bathrooms along the way.  The drive is beautiful, featuring desert landscape, to Ponderosa Pine.

Grand Canyon National Park

+ Williams & Seligman on Route 66

Day #2 is LOADED with interesting stops and of course features the Grand Canyon National Park.  You’ll depart your hotel at 7AM.

Seligman – Have you seen the animated movie “Cars”?  Much of the movie was based on the plight of the little town on Seligman.  In the late 1970’s the multi-lane Interstate Highway bypassed the city, turning it into a ghost town overnight.  The downtown area takes you back to a simpler time, when Route 66 was at its peak.

Grand Canyon – It’s only about 3 hours (not including the stop in Seligman) to the Grand Canyon National Park; arriving sometime around 12PM (noon).

Our #1 goal is to show off the Grand Canyon, while keeping the day fun and relaxed.  Depending on what time of year you go, the crowds can be a bit thick.  As an example, in a typical January only 200,000 tourists visit the Park.  Compare that to 1.2 million in June…

We are experts at avoiding much of the tourist congestion; getting you to the spots typically not serviced by the larger tour companies.  Remember, we DON’T have a set itinerary.  We have the ability to adjust throughout the day, creating a one of a kind experience.

Your Guide will chat with you throughout your adventure; asking questions about what interests you most.  We LOVE it when our Guests want to do a hike, or explore more remote parts of the Park.  Our ONLY goal is that you see and do EXACTLY what you’d like to do.  If it’s possible; we’ll make it happen.

How much time at the Grand Canyon?  This is where this tour gets even more inviting.  Your departure time really comes down to you.

Many of our Guests want to stay for the sunset before departing; while others prefer to head out earlier.  We’ve found time of year has a little to do with our Guests decision.  In the winter months, the sun sets around 5:30PM.  Catching the sunset is easy.  In the summer, the sunset can be as late as 8:30PM.  Knowing you have about a 2.5 hour drive to your hotel, can make for a very long day.  Either way, we’re OK with it.  If you need to sleep in a bit the next morning, we’ll make the adjustment.

You’ll be spending the night of Day #2 in Page, AZ.  About 2.5 hours from your last stop inside the Grand Canyon.

Antelope Canyon

+ Horseshoe Bend

Day #3 is all about Antelope Canyon.  Out of all the destination throughout this 3 day adventure, Antelope Canyon is going to be the most challenging to see.  In the last 10 years the amount of visitors has EXPLODED.  Often we have to be flexible on reservation times, since everyone on the planet wants to see it…

ATTENTION:  You’ll have Antelope Canyon ticket options during the checkout process.

We’ll take care of your reservations.  Antelope Canyon is located on the Navajo Ind

ian Reservation, and they have complete control of the tours inside the canyon.

SIDE NOTE:  We blame Microsoft in part for Antelope Canyons popularity.  You might remember the image?  Microsoft used this image of Antelope Canyon as a background image for Windows for many years.  Who could stare at this and not get curious?

AVAILABILITY:  There are about 7.5 billion people on the planet, and many want to visit Antelope Canyon between the months of April and October.  We will do our best to make your reservation, but if it’s within 2 weeks of your requested tour date, it may prove difficult.  If we have issues, we’ll keep you apprised.

Upper Antelope Canyon – The upper canyon is flat, and requires no climbing.  Open air jeeps will take you out to the start of the walking tour, and tour times are about 1 hour.

Lower Antelope Canyon – The lower canyon is not flat and requires a little climbing.  In order to move through the canyon, you’ll be asked to climb ladders, stairs and step-ups.  Nothing is too strenuous, but if anyone in your group has any physical challenges, you’re better off choosing Upper Antelope Canyon.

Horseshoe Bend – Parking fee based on the size of your group.

Depending on when you’re able to secure your reservation in Antelope Canyon, we’ll see Horseshoe Bend.  There’s only a small fee to see the Canyon, but it does require an easy 2 mile hike (round trip).  If you’re in moderate physical shape, you shouldn’t have any issues.  There are plenty of places to stop, sit, drink some water and relax.

Drive Home:  It’s a bit of a drive back to the Phoenix area.  About 5 hours.  Typically we try to arrange your Antelope Canyon tour around 1PM (give or take a hour), so you’ll be headed back around 3PM, arriving around 8PM.
