NOTE: When you make your online reservation, you’ll simply tell us where you’d like to go. There will be a text box for you to enter your desired destination during checkout.

RESTRICTIONS? There are two (2). One, you must remain inside the borders of Arizona. Two, your day must end at 8PM. That’s it.

Whether you’re starting from the Phoenix area or staying in Sedona, Flagstaff, or Williams, your journey will begin at the perfect time for you. During your custom adventure, your Guide will engage your group with intriguing questions and offer suggestions on possible stops along the way. With your family being unique and special, your Tour should be just as exceptional.

Once you reach your destination, you’re in charge of your experience. Take a walk, visit as many overlook spots as possible, or simply rest and absorb the breathtaking views. The day is yours to savor and enjoy in any way you choose.

As the day draws to a close, you’ll head home with unforgettable memories and a sense of accomplishment and assurance that you crafted your own adventure.

The price you see below is “per-day” NOT “per-Guest”. The price does not change based on how many people are in your group; rather the vehicle you choose. Your Family/Group are the ONLY Guests in the vehicle. We pick you up where you’re staying.

Adding Additional Stops

What is the BIGGEST advantage of our service? FREEDOM.!

Freedom to CREATE the perfect day by adding additional stops. Unlike set itinerary tours; with us you’re free to adjust your day, add stops, or simply head straight to your destination. If it’s possible, we’ll make it happen.

REMEMBER: If there are additional fees to enter, you would pay those upon your arrival. They are not be included. ALSO, if you have an event planned at a specific time (such as a helicopter tour), you might be restricted on time.

					  We had amazing four days private tour with Todd’s company in this week. Mike is our driver/guide. We come from London, England to Arizona so we planned ahead carefully to... read more make this trip unique and I have to say, choose Todd’s company is absolutely the best thing I did, it worth every penny! 

In four days we did a round tour in Northern Arizona, visiting Monument Valley, Page, Grand Canyon and Sedona national park. Todd has discussed itinerary with me in advance, which he makes sure everything is flexible and fit our individual needs. We had a ten years boy who love climbing and outdoor activities. So Mike has recommended for us a few hiking route in Grand Canyon and Sedona Bell Rock. That was so much fun! We also had a star gazing in Grand Canyon in the evening! 

The whole experience is truly unforgettable! Todd has booked the ticket/slot for us in Antelope Canyon which is usually sold out months ago. Mike is very experienced and familiar with every place we went, he knew the best route /best time to get into the national park to avoid huge queue, this is very important otherwise we might be stuck in the traffic for hours because these national parks are so busy during the school spring break time. 

Thank you very much, Todd and Mike! Our boy is so impressed by the natural beauty of Arizona and he says we shall definitely come back again soon!

CHARTERED VEHICLE – NOT PURCHASED TOUR: You’re “Chartering” your vehicle of choice for the day. Where you choose to go, is up to you. During checkout you’ll be asked to give us an idea of where you’re heading, but that can be changed ANYTIME. Even on the morning of your adventure.

SUGGEST not MANDATE: We will only “suggest” destinations. You will have the option of adding, or deleting destinations to fit your needs.

- EXAMPLE: You select town of Tombstone (home of the OK Corral) as your destination when making your reservation online, but the morning of your trip you decide to go to Kartchner Caverns State Park instead. Not a problem, you’re in charge.

ENTRY FEES: You will be responsible to paying all entry fees.

ADDITIONAL STOPS: No additional fees for added stops.

- EXAMPLE: Under our old system, many of the stops outside of the primary destination (Sedona, Montezuma’s Castle) were EXTRA. Under our new system, there is no additional fee. You’ll simply be responsible for any additional fees to enter.

LIMITATIONS:

Safety is our ONLY CONCERN.

PLEASE READ BELOW:

TIME LIMITS: You’re Chartering the vehicle for 13 hours MAX. Typically, your day will end at 8PM (7AM – 8PM). However, if you go over this time, there may be an extra fee.

- EXAMPLE: Your family/group decides to cram as many stops in as possible, and each stop took longer than expected. You arrive home after 8PM. An additional charge of $200 per-hour will be added.

ADDITIONAL DAY: If you charter a vehicle for ONE DAY, and want to add an additional day, there will be additional fees. An example of these fees may be a hotel room for your Driver, additional vehicle Charter fees, food fees, etc. ALSO, it may not be possible, since someone may have the vehicle chartered.

Suggested Departure Time:

7AM from the Phoenix area (surrounding areas)
9AM from Sedona area (surrounding areas)

DEPARTURE: You’ll start heading home at 4PM, arriving back in the Phoenix Valley at approx. 7:30PM. (6:30PM Sedona).

(1) FLEXIBILITY: There’s no such thing as a “typical” tour. There are few limitations to your opportunities to explore.

(2) ACCOMMODATING: Families with children, seniors, group members with physical challenges, the necessity to stop frequently; no problem.

(3) LUXURY: Premium, comfortable vehicles, period. Our first consideration is the comfort of our Guests.

Private Charter vs Group Tour - The Advantages of going Private.

It’s going to be hard for you to not have a great time on your Private Tours. Simply, you’re in charge. We can change things at a moments notice, ensuring you and your group/family have an AMAZING TIME!
